Estos dos aspectos han provocado el aumento de distintos trastornos como el sobrepeso y la obesidad entre la poblaci\u00f3n general, tanto en adultos como en ni\u00f1os. Seg\u00fan los datos recogidos en el IV Observatorio Nestl\u00e9 sobre H\u00e1bitos de Alimentaci\u00f3n Infantil s\u00f3lo el 17% de los ni\u00f1os toma la fruta recomendada, \u00fanicamente un 54% la cantidad de verdura aconsejada, y en las comidas principales se consume m\u00e1s del doble de la cantidad recomendada de hidratos de carbono.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia es cuando se establecen los h\u00e1bitos alimentarios que perdurar\u00e1n toda la vida, por lo que es clave consolidar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable de forma temprana y prevenir m\u00faltiples problemas de salud. Es necesario por tanto fomentar una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las bebidas energ\u00e9ticas (La mitad de los adolescentes entre 14 y 18 a\u00f1os las toma) tienen un alto contenido en sustancias estimulantes, como la cafe\u00edna, la taurina o el ginseng entre otras, que ponen en peligro los sistemas cardiovascular y cerebral de los adolescentes y puede causar alteraciones en el sue\u00f1o, nerviosismo, irritabilidad y ansiedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los temas tratados en el taller han sido los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conceptos b\u00e1sicos sobre alimentaci\u00f3n, nutrici\u00f3n, alimento y nutrientes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu\u00e9 tipo de nutrientes existen y cu\u00e1les son sus caracter\u00edsticas: Carbohidratos, l\u00edpidos, prote\u00ednas, sales minerales y vitaminas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00f3mo comer saludablemente seg\u00fan el m\u00e9todo \u201cPlato Saludable o de Harvard\u201d.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu\u00e9 diferencias existen entra la comida real y la ultraprocesada.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu\u00e9 son las bebidas energ\u00e9ticas y cu\u00e1les son sus ingredientes. Analizamos juntos la lectura de la etiqueta nutricional de una lata de \u201cMonster\u201d de 500 ml.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00f3mo afecta al organismo componentes tales como la CAFE\u00cdNA, TAURINA, GUARAN\u00c1 Y GINSENG.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analizamos el az\u00facar que contienen las bebidas azucaradas y sus efectos nocivos en el organismo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Breves consejos para llevar una vida saludable.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, hemos realizado un peque\u00f1o cuestionario, tipo concurso, en el que deb\u00edan adivinar seg\u00fan la foto del producto o bebida que cantidad de az\u00facar contiene la misma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
